"Step by step the whole procedure"
Users must Login / Register in order to submit their Yachts. This is mandatory for their contact info to be saved and displayed accordingly with properties published under their name.
The submission is done in steps, fill in all the necessary fields.
After Mandatory fields are filled in, the theme will allow user to click continue:
For reasons of booking security and to avoid mistakes, DO NOT SELECT THIS OPTION, let a notification come to you, and after checking the availability of the boat confirm the completion of the booking.
The calendar will not be displayed correctly on a resolution lower than 1200px (because of lack of space). Please do not use this feature on mobile devices. In price details, you can set different price values. Prices can be per night or per hour.
- Price per night should exist for every property (for users to be able to book the property accurately).
- Users can set a custom price per night, if user books more than 7 days (meaning 8 or more) and less than 30 days.
- Users can set a 2nd custom price per night, if user books more than 30 days.
- Users can also set a custom price per night (different than the above) using the price calendar.
- Price per weekend (Saturday and Sundays) in USD (only numbers)
- What are weekend days from admin – theme options – general settings:
- Check City Fee applies per night
- Check Cleaning Fee applies per night
- Minimum days of booking (only numbers)
- Extra Price per guest per night in USD and check Allow guests above capacity?
- Allow only bookings starting with the check-in on the specific day of the week OR Allow only bookings with the check-in/check-out on a specific day of the week.
- Check to Pay by the no of guests (all room prices will NOT be used anymore and billing will be done by guests no only)
To set a custom price click the beginning date and end date (2 clicks)
How to add price information for a listing with hourly booking
If you select the option per hour, you will get these options in front end submission for a listing price settings:
- Price per hour
- Price per hour (7h+) – and you can change 7 from theme options
- Price per hour (30h+) – and you can change 30 from theme options
- Weekend Price – you can put a different price per for weekend days
- Cleaning Fee
- City Fee in $ (only numbers)
- Minimum hours of booking
- Early Bird Discount – in % from the price per hour
- Business hours – for per h booking
How to select hours available for rent
Edit the Listing or Add a new listing -> go to Price Details -> Edit the business hours
You can re-order images in submit with drag and drop.
NOTE: Drag and drop applies only for web (not mobile devices)
Fill in all the necessary information fields of your Βoat.
Each user can add custom fields from Submit Form for each listing.

If there is anything that needs to be added to the fields from our side for the display of your boat, please contact us and we will take it into consideration.
Type and save the address and the lat and long values will auto-fill.
Copying Property Latitude and Longitude coordinates manually.
Go to https://www.google.com/maps and find the location you wish.
The same can be done from admin – edit property – Place On The Map settings.
IMPORTANT: The Save button will need to be clicked after every edit from now on.
Mark with one Click all Features And Amenities are Added in Theme Options.
This area is used to book dates by the owner for his Boats.

Click to select the beginning and end date or the period you wish to book (2 clicks are needed)
Dates Will No Longer Be available for booking to users in the front end.
Calendar Area allows the owner to add an ical feed from other platforms or export his Rentals ical fee to other properties and sync calendar availability automatically.
ExportThe only thing you need to do for exporting a feed in iCalendar format is to create a page in WordPress admin with the template: ICAL FEED. Once that page is generated the link you can find in the calendar section becomes active and you can export the booking data to other websites.
To export your calendar data you should copy that URL (for ex https://yachtservices.gr/ical/?ical=f3418e5ff7150808d0b556819ccb658e) and paste it into the 3rd party website. Below is a screen capture with the import feature. This is where you should post the link and will read the booking data from your website and synchronize it with their version of the listing’.
